Olivia & Geoff's White Winter Wedding at the Grand America
Olivia and Geoff’s white winter wedding was the perfect combination of woodland whimsical and winter magic. It was elegant, intimate, and captivating from the moment guests entered the Cathedral of the Madeleine.
After the beautiful ceremony, guests were escorted to the Grand America Hotel to attend cocktail hour with a drink selection curated by the bride and groom.
As guests entered the ballroom for dinner, they experienced a winter, woodland fairytale and an atmosphere of warm, cozy decor. Tables were covered with matte silver linens, aspen candle holders, and centerpieces made up of white hydrangea and snowy garden roses and complimented with a silver chiavari chair. The head table sparkled with snowy accents, featuring a white sequin linen, silver branches, and white faux fur caps on every chair. Each place setting included a metallic silver charger, a coordinating linen napkin, and a custom printed menu.
Following dinner, guests enjoyed a special Macedonian band flown in from the bride’s hometown of Indiana and participated in traditional Macedonian wedding dances. To end the night, the bride and bridesmaids performed a choreographed routine to “Hold On” by Wilson Phillips from the bride’s favorite movie, Bridesmaids. After a day full of love and a night full of dancing, it's safe to say guests left feeling absolutely inspirited.
